Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer exchanges and store credit within 14 days of the shipping date.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original new condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept earrings or items that have:
- Makeup or cosmetic stains
- Pet hair
- Perfume, smoke, or other strong odors
- Body odor
- Deodorant marks
- Any stains, damage, or excessive wrinkling caused by wear
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be sent once your return has been received, inspected, and approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or would like to exchange for another item, please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability and a $9 processing fee. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Final Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be returned for any reason.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
